This promotion is operated by Britvic Soft Drinks Ltd (company number 0517211) with registered office at Breakspear Park, Breakspear Way, Hemel Hempstead Herts, HP2 4TZ (the Promoter), in association with Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited (company number 01001181) with registered office at 27 Fleet Street, Birmingham, B3 1JP (Mitchells & Butlers).

The prizes available to be won in this promotion are arranged, fulfilled and delivered by Ignis Limited (company number 02299069 with registered address at Sampuran House, 3a Chislehurst Road, Orpington, BR6 0DF (Ignis).

The Microsite (as defined in the Terms and Conditions) is developed and administered by Ignis.

How will your personal data be used?

The personal data that you provide in connection with this promotion (and, if applicable, the personal data of your guest) will be used for the purposes of administering the promotion, verifying eligibility of entrants, selecting and contacting the winners and fulfilling the prize(s) in accordance with the terms and conditions of this promotion below (“Terms and Conditions”).
If you win a prize Ignis will make your name and county available, as a winner, to people requesting that information in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and as required by the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing. If you do not want your name to be made available, please inform Ignis using the contact details in paragraph 8 of this Privacy Policy. Note that, if requested to do so, the Promoter may still share winners’ details with the Advertising Standards Authority.
The Terms and Conditions are the legal basis for the processing of personal data in connection with this promotion. If you do not provide your personal data, your entry cannot be processed, you will not receive notification if you have won a prize, nor will it be possible to award a prize to you. If (where applicable) your guest does not provide their personal data, then they cannot be included in the prize.
Your personal data (and, if applicable, the personal data of your guest) will not be disclosed or shared with any third party other than those who are engaged to administer the promotion and to fulfil and deliver the prize(s), or third parties who request details of the winner(s) of this promotion as described at paragraph 2 above.
Your personal data (and, if applicable, the personal data of the winner’s guest) may be sent to countries outside of the UK in order to conduct aspects of the promotion (e.g. where fulfilment of the prize happens in another country). Where this occurs, the party responsible will ensure that any transfer happens in accordance with applicable law.
If you are unsuccessful in winning a prize, your personal data will be deleted promptly after the prizes have been awarded and distributed. If you are a winner, your personal data will not be processed for any longer than is required for the party processing your data to comply with the law or to fulfil its obligations to obligations to you and other third parties. Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the “Fruit Shoot Vintage Inns Summer Wheels Spin to Win 2025” promotion. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as you will be legally bound by them from the time that you submit an entry in this promotion.

If there is a conflict in these Terms and Conditions with any other terms whatsoever attached to any other advertising material in respect of this Promotion, these conditions will take precedence.

Eligibility

This promotion is open to all persons aged 18 or over and resident in the UK, other than employees, and their immediate families, of the Promoter, Mitchells & Butler, Ignis and their associated companies and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and a prize may be withheld until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification.

How to Enter

You will require internet access, an email address and a smartphone with a camera to utilise the QR code referred to below to enter this promotion. No purchase is necessary.
1. To enter the promotion you must, prior to the Closing Date:
  1. scan the QR code displayed on the promotional material advertising this promotion in participating Mitchells and Butlers premises or click the playable tile on the Mitchells & Butlers app, which will direct you to the promotion microsite at https://summerwheels2.britvic.promo (Microsite);
  2. follow the prompts on the Microsite and “Spin the Wheel”; and
  3. You will be notified instantly on screen whether or not you have won a prize.
2. Any instructions provided at the point of entry form part of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict, these Terms and Conditions take precedence.
3. This promotion starts at 00:00 on 11 August 2025 and ends at 23:59 on 12 September 2025 (Closing Date). All entries must be received by the Closing Date. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted or not received either by the Closing Date for any reason. Proof of sending shall not be deemed to be proof of receipt.
4. Entrants may only enter this promotion using the Microsite. No more than one entry will be accepted per person for the duration of this promotion. Entries not complying with these Terms and Conditions will be invalid.

Prizes

There are 1016 prizes available to be won in this promotion, consisting of:
1. 1 × £1000.00 Summer Wheels electronic voucher redeemable online only at the winner’s choice of one of the following retailers: Micro Scooters Ltd, Skatewarehouse Limited or Halfords;
2. 5 × £200.00 Summer Wheels electronic vouchers redeemable online only at the winner’s choice of one of the following retailers: Micro Scooters Ltd, Skatewarehouse Limited or Halfords;
3. 10 × £100.00 Mitchells & Butlers gift cards; and
4. 1000 × free drink codes for 1 × 275ml Orange or Apple & Blackcurrant Robinsons Fruit Shoot.
Ignis will procure Summer Wheels vouchers from the winners’ chosen retailer. Use of Summer Wheels vouchers will be subject to the retailer’s terms and conditions, which will be communicated to the winner when prizes are fulfilled, or will be available on the retailer’s website. Winners are encouraged to familiarise themselves with their chosen retailer’s terms and conditions, particularly with regard to any applicable expiry date for use of the voucher. The Promoter will not be responsible for any failure or inability of a winner to redeem their prize by its expiry date.
Use of Mitchells & Butler’s gift cards will be subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. gift cards may not be exchanged for cash
2. gift cards are not cheque guarantee, credit, debit or change cards
3. no change will be given but the balance can be used for future purchases
4. neither Mitchells & Butlers nor the Promoter are liable for lost or stolen gift cards

Unless otherwise stated, any expenses incurred by the winner in the general use and enjoyment of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner
Any further prize details will be confirmed when the winner is contacted. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute an alternative prize of at least equal value if circumstances make this necessary.
Each prize is non-transferable and no cash or other alternative will be offered. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that the prize can be used by the winner (and their guest if applicable).

Winner Selection, Notification and Claiming

The Promoter has allocated a series of specific times equal to the number of prizes available. For your total confidence, prize allocation will be conducted randomly by Ignis. The person who accesses the Microsite and completes the entry process described at paragraph 4 above on or first after a specific time will be the winner of that randomly allocated prize and will receive an on-screen notification advising them of their win and asking to confirm their personal details including a phone number and email for prize delivery. Non-winning entrants will also receive an on-screen message advising them that they were unsuccessful. Personal data will only be collected if an entrant wins a prize. Please note that if not claimed, the winning slots for the voucher prizes set out at Paragraph 8 a, b and c may be rolled over at the discretion of the Promoter during the promotional period, though those for the free drinks will not be rolled over. All prizes are available to win but not all prizes might be won during the promotional period.
Winners will be notified immediately on the Microsite if they have won a prize.
Prize winners must provide their email address, mobile telephone number and county for delivery of their prize immediately when prompted on Microsite in order to claim their prize. All prizes will be dispatched to winners by email using the email address provided by the winner 28 days of the Closing Date.
Prizes which include an electronic voucher / gift card will be deemed to have been awarded and fulfilled upon successful email transmission without an automatic return to the sender.
The prize may be forfeited and a replacement winner drawn at the Promoter’s sole discretion if:
1. the prize is declined, or a winner cannot take up their prize;
2. a winner is disqualified under the Terms and Conditions of this promotion; or
3. delivery of the prize cannot be completed using reasonable attempts.
The Promoter shall not be responsible for any inability of a winner to take up a prize.

General

If you need to amend the contact details you provided to enter the promotion or wish to withdraw your entry from this promotion, please contact the Promoter in writing at help@britvic.promo.
To obtain the name and county of the winner, please email help@britvic.promo within three months of the Closing Date. Entrants can object to disclosure or request that disclosure be limited in scope by contacting the Promoter. The Promoter may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required.
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its associated companies and its agents will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner (or any guest of the winner) or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prizeexcept where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for (a) any entries or winner notifications which are not received due to the use of incorrect or inaccurate entry information, any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions, or for any other reason; (b) any unauthorised access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of the promotion; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers used in any aspect of the operation of the promotion; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet and/or any website; or (e) any injury or damage to any person’s computer(s) or mobile device(s) which may be related to or result from any attempt to participate in the promotion or to download any materials in connection with the promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion and / or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without giving prior notice and, by continuing to take part in the promotion subsequent to any revision, entrants shall be deemed to have agreed to the amended terms.
The Promoter may in its sole discretion disqualify entries deemed to be non-compliant with these Terms and Conditions or if it has any reason to believe that efforts have been made to distort the competitive process or spirit of the promotion. This includes any individual found to be attempting to circumvent this clause by tampering with the operation of the promotion, setting up multiple accounts or using multiple identities. No bulk, consumer group or third-party entries will be accepted. The Promoter’s decision as to any aspect of this promotion is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
By entering this promotion, each entrant warrants that all information submitted about them is true, current and complete.
Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
This promotion and all issues arising out of it shall be governed in accordance with English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Consumers in Scotland / Northern Ireland / the Channel Islands may additionally bring an action in their home courts.
